Class 11 consists of 8 pupils and 3 members of staff. There are 6 boys and 2 girls in our class, the teacher is Miss Campbell, the two amazing assistants are Margaret and Chloe. Class 11 is located in a mobile outside the main school building. Throughout the week, we embrace many activities; Yoga, PE, Horse-riding, swimming and cookery as well as covering many other aspects of the curriculum. Our most recent topic is “Responding Responsibly”, this topic involves taking care of the world around us and incorporates horticulture and litter picking.

Class 11 enjoy art and decorating our classroom. We are recycling items to decorate our classroom with. In maths we are learning all about time, using mini clocks daily. We are doing role play activities in literacy, this is building our confidence and allows us the self-assurance we need to go for messages around the school. The Library and the playground we use are only a few steps from the classroom, it’s great to read books, chill out or get on the swings, play football and use the spinner during recreation!

Our most recent topic is “All about me”, this topic has been effective in encouraging positive relationships within the classroom, it has helped us get to know one another.

We are very creative in Class 11, we love art, we recently created our own masterpieces for the credit union art competition along with lots of vibrant art to decorate our classroom with. We also love our time in the playground, the swings, playing football and even gathering leaves are our favourite activities.
