Spring term has been very busy in class 14 working on our topic ‘Healthy active lifestyles’. In this we have been looking at the importance of exercise and keeping track of the exercise we do in school. We have also been learning about food we should eat more and how to balance our diet. In home economics lessons we have been making healthy meals such as fajitas and omelettes. We also have been looking at the importance of personal hygiene brushing our teeth and continuing our showering program.
