During these unprecedented times, we know that many children are struggling. Whether it be with homeschooling, family relationships, lack of structure and routine, or just general worry and overwhelm.
Mini Me Yoga has a well established community of parents and professionals who have trained in our workshops, with whom we regularly share our simple tools to support children's mental health and wellbeing. As part of our commitment and service to children, we wanted to extend this support to ALL parents and professionals, so that we can help our children to stay balanced, focused and happy, together.
We have created a FREE Facebook group which is open to ALL, where will be sharing yoga games, breathing exercises, wellbeing activities, craft ideas, recipes, top tips and more.
